The Railway Children Return to Oakworth Station!

What can we say, an absolutely brilliant day for the World Premiere and a delight to welcome the cast back to the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway.

On Sunday the 3rd of July, The Railway Children Return World Premiere took place at Keighley Picture House, just around the corner from the original cinema that premiered the 1970 EMI production ‘The Railway Children’. As part of the World Premiere, the cast and press were invited to Oakworth Station, with a special journey behind the film’s star 5820 ‘Big Jim’.
