• For the safety of passengers, volunteers, staff and photographers, leaning out of windows, excessive shouting, running alongside trains, or any other unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited.
• Please follow all instructions from the Railway Staff and Volunteers throughout the event. Security staff will be travelling on trains and around the railway during the gala.
• Any abusive, disruptive, antisocial or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the railway without refund.
