Who dares to board the ghost train? Only the bravest of souls can withstand its eerie journey!

Step into the haunted engine shed to be greeted by ghouls, ghosts, and witches.

Delight in a spooktacular show featuring thrilling performances and singing. Don’t miss out on the costume contest with a prize for the best outfit. Board the Spooky Express, sit back and enjoy the ride. Come dressed to impress and prepare for an unforgettable journey of Halloween fun!

Take The Spooky Express along the Worth Valley for a Halloween Adventure this October. Look out for skeletons, ghosts, and little monsters as you Steam along the railway in the specially decorated steam-heated carriages!

  • Watch the Spooky Show before boarding the train and join in with the fun!
  • Take a Mysterious journey along the Worth Valley, with a round trip from Oxenhope to Keighley
  • Look out for the flibbertigibbets on your decorated carriage
  • Don’t forget your costume!

Tuesday 29th, Wednesday 30th & Thursday 31st October. Arrival time at Oxenhope Station, 10.00, 11.30, 13,30 and 15.00.

Your ticket includes a Day Rover, so on the day of your booking, you can ride the rails and visit the museums before or after your allocated Spooky Train!

The Kitchen will serve in the Exhibition Shed so you can stock up before your Spooky Train.

  • Hot Sandwiches including Bacon, Sausage, Turkey & Stuffing and more!
  • Hot Pies & Pasties.
  • Tea, Coffee and Special Hot Chocolates topped with cream.
  • Sweet Treats & Confectionary.
  • Cold drinks and snacks

Alongside the Kitchen, we will have a bottle bar serving bottled beers, ciders, and wines. This will help settle the adults’ nerves with all the Spooky visitors!

Whilst we are dog-friendly, we regret we do not allow dogs in our Spooky Express.

The Carriages don’t have a lot of room for our four-legged friends, the isle is a busy & bustling place and we wouldn’t want dogs to get spooked & turn into guard dogs!
