Take your seat, relax and enjoy a proper Yorkshire Ploughman’s Lunch as you travel through the heart of the Worth Valley behind a heritage train.

Sit back and watch the countryside roll by while tucking into a generous selection of cheese, ham, pork pie, crusty bread, pickles and seasonal accompaniments, served at your table with unlimited tea and coffee.

From just £35.00 per person, your ticket also includes a Day Rover, giving you unlimited travel on the railway for the day of your visit.

The Ploughman’s Lunch has different departure times, each with a complete round trip to enjoy your lunch.

1145 – Boarding at Keighley Station – Restaurant Car
1230 – Boarding at Oxenhope Station – Pullman Car
1430 – Boarding at Oxenhope Station – Restaurant Car
1520 – Boarding at Keighley Station – Pullman Car

Please arrive 20 minutes before departure.

Due to the age and delicate nature of the carriages used in Afternoon Tea services, dogs are not permitted to board.

We recognise that these dogs provide valuable assistance for the sight-impaired and those with hearing loss, epilepsy, diabetes, physical mobility problems and more. Assistance Dogs are welcome on ALL KWVR trains, for which no charge is made.

Our historic railway carriages are primarily restored to reflect their original construction; therefore, access is a step up from the platform and down to alight to board the train. This means that the Dining Train carriages are unable to accommodate wheelchair passengers. We can provide a small ramp to aid with limited mobility, but all passengers will be required to walk to their seats along the narrow walkway.

We are unable to offer any dietary options other than those listed, which include Vegan, Vegetarian, or Gluten-Free menus. While we provide a Gluten-Free menu, we are unable to care for any other kind of food intolerance.
