Bridge 27 Preparation

Yesterday evening saw the first Tuesday Evening working gang of 2024; the small gang split into two groups with work focused on Bridge 27 preparation works.

The work train carried out various tasks but was mainly focused on bringing old Sleepers to Bridge 27, which will be used to make plant crossings for next week’s possession. The rest of the gang removed various Lineside equipment, including a sleeper wall, in preparation for the Pile Mats being dug out next week.
