Apart from single seats scattered along the train, all dates for the Haworth Haddock are now sold out.
Later in the year, look out on the KWVR Website and Social Media for details of 2019 Haworth Haddocks
These special evening trains depart Oxenhope at 7:15pm for two leisurely return journeys along the branch with a pause at one of our superbly restored stations while the food is served. Our award winning Real-Ale Buffet Cars will be open on the train serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
This is what some of our guests thought of their trip on the ‘Haworth Haddock’ in 2016 on Tripadvisor.
“There were 24 of us that did the Haworth Haddock for my mums 70th birthday. We were able to take balloons on the train and decorate the carriage up …. Didn’t really know what to expect when we first booked this but I can honestly say that I would definitely do this again. We had an amazing evening.”
“It was a lovely nostalgic trip on a steam train and we had great fish and chips and live entertainment from the Pretend Beetles at the station. The whole evening was superb and I would thoroughly recommend it.”
There are still some seats available for the August and September trains, but, because of the success of the trains to date, we have added an additional Haworth Haddock on the 6th October. So don’t delay, seats will fill up fast. On-line booking is now open for the 6th October, book now to avoid disappointment! This way to book your seats >>>>

“…a most enjoyable evening – a good time was had by all…”
Your evening will start at Oxenhope Station where you will be greeted by one of our friendly volunteer stewards upon arrival. The “Haworth Haddock” will normally be in the platform by 7pm, to give you plenty of chance to visit the bars before the rush starts.
Shortly after leaving Oxenhope, our stewards will bring round fresh teacakes and condiments before we arrive at Keighley when Fish & Chips will be served at your seat, piping hot and delicious!
The train will then make a leisurely journey to Oxenhope, returning to Keighley so you can stretch your legs and have a boogie to some toe-tapping classics, played by one of our excellent bands: make the most of the evening!
At the end of the evening, the train will arrive back at Oxenhope around 23.15.
Every “Haworth Haddock” will lay over at Keighley Station, where there will be a band playing on the platform. The on-train bars will be open throughout, so you can either dance the night away on the platform, or simply relax and enjoy a drink in the comfort of our coaches.
The bands that will be performing on each night will be
14th April – Wired
28th April – The Turnarounds
12th May – Night Patrol
2nd June – Pretend Beatles
14th July – The Cover Up
18th August – Flashback
1st September – Wired
6th October – The Cover Up
