Come & take the train, the perfect break away!

Over the Easter Holidays we will be running passenger services every day, with a mixture of steam engines and heritage diesels. Bring the whole family along (even the dog is welcome!) for an adventure through the Worth Valley and beyond.

Trains running every day from Saturday 9th April to Sunday 24th April. 

There’s plenty to keep you busy at the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway, whatever the weather.

  • Experience the sound & smell of a steam railway
  • Five miles of heritage railway to journey along
  • Six individual stations, full of character
  • An Exhibition Shed displaying vintage coaches and historic engines
  • The Carriage Works Museum, one of the finest collections of restored railway carriages
  • The Engine Shed, full of exhibits and memorabilia of how railways used to be
  • Gift shops at Haworth & Oxenhope
  • On train Buffet Car, selling real ale, drinks, snacks & confectionary

The Learning Coach based on Ingrow Station platform will be having a fun-filled week, provided by RailStory.

Easter at The Learning Coach

Join us to ‘Play & Create’ in the Learning Coach at Ingrow West station every Easter holiday weekday between
10:30 and 14:30.
There will be Lego and train sets to play with and we’ll bring out some craft materials to make something to take home.
In addition, Chris will be demonstrating a Victorian parlour toy, the phenakistoscope, on both Mondays, and Brenda will be making paper roll bunnies on the first Tuesday.
Also, look out for our puppet bunnies who will be around the site from the middle Friday to Monday with some chocolate treats!

  • Family (One adult or concession plus ONE child) – £25

If you live in Postcode areas BD20, BD21 or BD22,  you can take advantage of special reduced fares by being in possession of a Local Residents Railcard. Find out more information about how to apply on the website.
