Traditional fare on board our period 1950s coaches, afternoon tea inside one of our luxurious Pullman coaches or relaxing after the excesses of Christmas, they can all be found on the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway.

Haworth Haddock

A great evening out with mouth-watering fish and chips included – what more could you want?

Travel in style in our period 50’s carriages hauled by one of our nostalgic locomotives, and enjoy two leisurely trips up and down the branch. Tickets include a complimentary fish and chip supper, and each train has a full bar, serving real-ale, spirits and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Trains leave Oxenhope station at 19.30 and return at around 23.00. All of our “Haworth Haddock” evenings feature live entertainment on the platform at Keighley – the perfect way to dance off some of that delicious supper!

We will be running trains in 2017 on the following Saturday evenings.

The Keighley Korma

New for 2016 – a superb curry from one of Keighley’s leading Indian restaurants

With the proven success of Haworth Haddock, we now bring you Yorkshire’s second favourite food, a succulent curry. The format is the same, enjoy two leisurely trips up and down the branch hauled by one of our nostalgic steam locomotives. Tickets include a chicken or vegetable curry, and each train has a full bar, serving real-ale, spirits and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Trains leave Oxenhope station at 19.30 and return at around 23.00.

Pullman Afternoon Teas

Oxenhope – Keighley in Pullman Style

Experience the quintessential English afternoon tea as the ladies and gentlemen in the 1930s would have experienced on board our 1930s Pullman carriages. £30 per person which includes your English Afternoon Tea, one round trip in the Pullman coach and a Day Rover ticket to travel the line all day in our 1950s vintage carriages.

Mothering Sunday, 26th March
Every day, Good Friday 14th – Easter Monday 17th April
May Bank Holiday Monday, 1st May
Sunday, 28th and Bank Holiday Monday 29th May
Sundays, 4th & 18th June, 16th & 30th July and 13th August
Sunday, 27th and Bank Holiday Monday 28th August
There will be two sittings on each date, with the Pullman Cars attached to the day’s normal train services

1st Class Cream Teas on the service train

Included in the service train on the dates when the Orange Timetable is in operation, in the 1st Class Dining Car we will be serving Cream Teas throughout the afternoon from 13.00 to 17.00. Tariff £6 per head (excludes travel).

Beer & Music Festival

The railway’s popular Beer & Music festival will be returning in October 2016, yet again tickling the real ale drinkers’ taste buds with over 150 ales from all over the country to choose from. Cider and wine drinkers will also be able to have their thirst quenched with a wonderful selection of fine wines and ciders.

Add in Music in the main Exhibition Hall and in the marquee at Keighley and the stage is set for another excellent Keighley & Worth Valley Railway Beer & Music Festival.
