For the last 2 years, this has proven very popular and the Railway is pleased to repeat the exercise for this year, big diesel haulage ALL DAY on a the last Saturday of the month, April through to September.
This year the first two days, Saturdays 29th April and 27th May are Diesel and Ale days, sponsored by local breweries, on the lead up to our big Steam and Ale Trail event on 10th and 11th June. Join us on these two days when there will be a Diesel Hauled service ALL DAY in addition to our usual steam hauled service.
Brand new Leeds based ‘Nomadic Brewery’ take over the Diesel’s On Train Bar on 29th April, when hand pulled beer will be drawn exclusively from their range of ales.
