Children bored and getting under your feet? No need to worry what to do with the children this Easter.
As in past years the Railway will be operating trains every day over the Easter School Holidays from Saturday 8th April through to Sunday 23rd April.
Whether you travel to the Worth Valley by car, train or bus, stop off at RAIL STORY, Ingrow Station where you can enjoy looking round the fine collection of vintage railway carriages at the Museum of Rail Travel and the Ingrow Loco Museum in the old Midland Railway Goods Shed.
If the weather is really kind, take the family on a walk in the surrounding countryside. Take the Railway Children Walk and see the locations that were used in the iconic film of the 1970s. Click HERE to read more and download a comprehensive map and guide to the walk.
And if that was not enough, to make the most of your day buy a DAY ROVER which includes unlimited travel on the trains and entry to RAIL STORY.
And if even that is not enough, visit our EXPLORE page and see what else is happening along the Valley.
